The Labor and Delivery Unit is part of a full scope Women’s and Children’s Department that is essential to the community. As a full-service Women’s and Children’s department the Labor and Delivery Department has 12 labor and delivery beds and does approximately 1800 to 2000 deliveries annually with 64 FTE’s.

Reporting to an experienced Women’s and Children’s Services Director, the person in this role will have a chance to be mentored by an outstanding leader who wants to see you grow and will help you to succeed. This is an ideal position for either a new manager looking to grow, or an experienced manager desiring a great boss who will ensure work/life balance and support for success.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field, 3+ years of progressive leadership experience and 5+ years of clinical L&D Nursing experience.
