MedStar is a non-profit, community-based health system serving the Baltimore/Washington region. It is comprised of more than 10 hospitals, 30,000 associates and 4,700 physicians. Work at an executive level and be an integral part of the team to guide and re-design department. Franklin Square is one of the largest employers in Baltimore County and is one of 25 community teaching hospitals and has 348 beds. It has 3,500 employees, 1000 RN’s and 400 staff physicians. It is growing quickly with a new $70M surgical pavilion opening in 2020 and a community health program allocating more than $41m in 2018.

Requirements: Bachelors in Nursing (BSN), Masters in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Admin, Business Admin or related field. 3 years in healthcare management
