Laboratory Director – All of Laboratory Services
Executive Search Associates has been retained by MedStar Health to conduct their search for a Lab Director to oversee all of Laboratory Services at Franklin Square Medical Center. The person in this role will also be responsible for overseeing Anatomic Pathology for four hospitals and be a key leader in advancing system-wide services. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Director to take the next step into leadership and oversee a full team of experienced and qualified managers and supervisors.
Working hand in hand with the Chief of Pathology and Laboratory services, this is a chance to make the progressive vision of Lab Services a reality. If you are a person who enjoys collegial relationships with physicians and healthcare executives, this role will be personally fulfilling.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and must be a CLS with acute care hospital experience. Master’s degree is preferred. 5+ years leadership in an acute care environment is required.
