Executive Search Associates is engaged in a confidential search for a Manager of Surgical Services for an award-winning community hospital getting ready to embark on the Magnet Journey. The position reports directly to the Director of Surgical Services and will be a key member of the management team. The person awarded this position will serve as a key mentor and enhance the role of the professional nurse, while they manage the day to day operations of the department. The OR Manager will also be the key liaison for medical staff.
The Hospital is located in a bedroom community adjacent to Atlanta. All seasons and temperatures are prime for the active or outdoor enthusiast. Scenic hikes and historic trails and tons of outdoor recreational parks. Activities like biking, hiking, camping, fishing, boating, tubing, golf, theaters, museums to name a few.

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience.
- Valid, active unencumbered Nursing License – GA is a Compact State as 04/2018, will allow temporary approved license.
