Manager Med/Surg – RN
Executive Search Associates is conducting a search for a Manager Med/Surg RN for a full-service, acute-care hospital located in Florida, just minutes from the Gulf Coast beaches. This area is known for its amazing water views. With a strong commitment to quality care, advanced technology and professional development, this hospital makes sure their employees are well cared for, too.
Reporting to the Director of Med Surg, the Manager of Med Surg will provide leadership and direct functions of assigned patient care area on a 24-hour basis.
Qualifications:
- BSN required or received within 18-months of employment
- Must have 3-years of acute-care experience in med/surg
- Management specialty certification required within 6-months of eligibility; unit specialty certification also preferred
- Strong leader with manager experience; Strong charge nurse considered
